fantastic shoreditch stay
helpful staff special touch great location lovely decor
The staff was helpful, especially angelica at reception. She were great. the room included lovely touches, such as valentine's day extras, . the location is also great, very close to markets and restaurants. i found the decor lovely with food and drink readily available.
the room was not ventilated well and i did not know i needed to ask for it to be cleaned via an app.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to spitalfields. Brick lane, and bethnal green are all a short distance away. the hotel is also near old street metro station, which provides access to various parts of the city, and a bus stop outside.

The cosy double room had a beautiful bathroom that included a great shower, and all areas were thoroughly clean. there was a bluetooth radio. The bed felt amazing. the duvet and pillows were fluffy.

Lovely stay at The Hoxton
helpful receptionist warm welcome
I stayed for a few nights and found the receptionists helpful. They gave a warm welcome and provided functional service. I appreciated that the hotel ticked ALL the boxes. It really met my expectations.
I had to ask for my room to be serviced. It was not done automatically. No one informed me of this policy, and I had to request it multiple times. When I returned to the hotel at 1 AM, after dinner, the room had still not been cleaned.

The hotel offers modern amenities and stylish spaces for work and meetings. The Llama Inn, located on the rooftop, offers good food and drinks. I enjoyed spending time there. a GREAT experience.

My room was immaculate, and the hotel, as a whole, was faultless. The bathroom was very nice with functional design. There was no sound from the exhaust and no steam after showering, a HUGE plus.

The hotel is located in a trendy area, near WONDERFUL restaurants and markets. It is an ideal location and offers great access to many local attractions. I recommend this location.

unbelievable rudeness slow service
the location was great a short walk from spitalfields
bar staff displayed unbelievable rudeness one guy acted like the sun shone out of him dirty glasses covered the bar service moved slowly he seemed unapologetic

non-functioning phone rude manager
The room service phone wasn't working! I had to call reception to order. I ordered mac and cheese. It was cooked on top and cold underneath. The manager was rude and unapologetic. She told me a replacement would take over an hour because the restaurant was busy.
